THROUGHÂ THREE PATHWAYS OF EXPLORATION
SCI-MAA Sacred Guided Linguistic Dance® practice offers three pathways for exploration:
1. Sacred Ceremonial Structure: A traditional and structured approach, following established protocols.

2. Group Workshop: A dynamic and adaptive environment, with customized spatial arrangements.

3. One-to-One Session: A personalized and intimate setting, tailored to individual needs.
As practitioners (healers) progress through the levels, each structure evolves to offer increasingly complex and nuanced experiences, catering to their growing skills and understanding.

THROUGHÂ THREE LEVELS OF PRACTICE
As practitioners progress through the levels, the structures of the SCI-MAA® practice evolve to offer increasingly complex and nuanced experiences.
Level 01: Ceremonial structures are simple, allowing healers to focus inward and cultivate self-awareness.
Level 02: Ceremonial structures become more complex, inviting healers to balance inner focus with connection to others and their surroundings.
One-to-one sessions focus on developing self-awareness, spatial awareness, and inner connection.
SCI-MAA® guides may incorporate SCI-MAA® Hand Healing techniques to enhance relaxation and healing.
Level 03: Advanced ceremonial structures support healers in transcending the mind and expanding full-awareness.
One-to-one sessions combine sacred dance movement and SCI-MAA® Hand Healing techniques to facilitate soul expression and being.
Practitioners at this level have advanced meditation practices, enabling deeper exploration and connection.

THROUGHÂ SACRED GEOMETRY
The structure of a SCI-MAA® meditative dance ceremony is organised as a mandala. The dancer is placed and flow around a single, central point.

Each "healer" holds space within a sacred geometry structured ceremonial group where they are guided to disconnect, connect to the present in order to let it go.

Linguistic sacred dance movements combined with breath work, body scan, mindfulness meditations, sound, and sacred geometry lead the dancer to feel joy, openness, and bliss in the heart.
